GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE

The Governing Body meets as a Full Governing Body normally five times a year. A Strategic and Organisation Committee meets up to 4 times a year, and deals with the financial management of the college, health and safety matters and the maintenance of the college buildings. In addition an Admissions Committee meets twice a year to agree the Admissions policy and deal with individual admissions. There is also a Pay Committee covering staff pay increases, a Principal’s performance group and a Pupil Disciplinary Committee. The Teaching and Learning Committee has now been absorbed into the Full Governing Body meeting.
